  In tandem with NELÕs rapid expansion, the year 2000 saw the establishment of two affiliate companies In quick succession - one is NEL America, Inc. and the other is NEL TechnoSupport Corporation in Japan. These continue the ongoing strengthening of NELÕs network of companies, including existing business offices.
  
  NEL America, the sales organization for the Americas, has offices in New Jersey and California, marketing NEL's products such as Optical Communication Components, Passive Devices and Sub Systems, and Digital Video Codec related products etc. Our office is responsible for all sales activities in these markets, from conception to commercial production, including business sales and technical discussions, market research, importation and delivery, invoicing and accounts receivable as an independent US sales company. As NEL diversify its own product range, NEL America's activities have been expanded the role. NEL America is serving dynamic and vital US market at any time.
